Join with Jennifer and Larry Lopez—and their family—to the lush and vibrant island of Maui, where the Hawaiian islands offer the perfect blend of serenity and adventure.
This 4-night retreat, held March 27th – 31st, will take place at Lumeria Maui, a boutique wellness sanctuary nestled in the hills above the North Shore. Surrounded by fragrant gardens and ocean breezes, Lumeria offers the ideal setting to rest, learn, and reconnect.
This retreat is designed for those currently studying with Jennifer and/or Larry, and is open to all levels of practitioners. Whether you're new to the path or have practiced for years, you’ll be supported in a way that honors your individual needs, abilities, and growth.
We’ll dive deep into the practice of Yogāsana and explore the timeless teachings of the Yoga Sūtras, blending embodied movement with contemplative study. Each day includes a balance of structured practice, personal reflection, and spaciousness to enjoy Maui’s natural beauty.
You’re invited to join us for a retreat that weaves sun, fun, and study—an opportunity to nourish your body, deepen your practice, and experience the warmth of community in a little piece of paradise.
Our plan for our days together
7.30 - 8.30/9 am: Awakening Asana with Larry
9 - 10 am: Breakfast
2 - 4.30 pm: Asana Class with Larry
5 pm: Dinner
7.30 - 8.30/9 pm: Restorative (sleep-enhancing) practice with Jennifer
Please note this could change if the needs of the group change.
On the day of arrival, check-in is from 3 pm. We will meet at 4.30 pm for an orientation and circle together, and then have dinner at 5 pm with a light/gentle arrival class at 7.30 pm on the first evening.
