Parag Mody has been a student of yoga for 10 years. His primary teachers are Ramanand Patel, Prashant Iyengar, and Geeta Iyengar. He has also studied with Manuoso Manos. In his teaching, Parag emphasizes an integrated approach, focusing on developing the awareness of the body and cultivation of the mind through asanas, pranayama, and yoga philosophy.
Parag has also taught Aikido for 12 years, and currently practices the ancient Indian martial art Kalarippayattu, which combines ayurvedic healing techniques with self-defense and yoga.
